Lot Of Hot Air – The Story Of A Three Week Long Server Room Heat Load Test

The Situation

A major electrical company needed to test its new server room / data centre’s HVAC system. But how could they do this when the servers weren’t yet installed?

The Solution

They gave Active Air Rentals a call. We installed 66 Electric Blower Heaters which produced a massive 1980 kW of heating. The electrical company thoroughly tested the HVAC system and after three weeks, and a lot of hot air, it was given the tick of approval.
