Active Air is an essential service provider and will remain operational during a lock down period.
We will continue to provide temporary climate control, power, and electrical services for government and defence contracts associated with the disaster relief. We will be available 24/7 during this period. All staff have trained in correct hygiene procedures and have been supplied with appropriate PPE.

As the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, we wanted to share with you the precautions we are taking to minimise the risk of exposure.
Our highest priority at this time is ensuring the safety of our staff and clients.
While we continue to provide climate control and power solutions, we are taking extra steps to ensure all our equipment and delivery vehicles are clean and hygienic; this includes extensive cleaning of equipment before and after job, filter changes after every job, and staff have been instructed to sanitise their hands regularly and not make contact with other people (social distancing). In addition to this, we can provide ‘no contact’ drop offs for equipment which does not require installation. If you would prefer this, please let us know in advance of delivery.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the advice provided by the Australian Government and World Health Organisation, and will keep you updated on any changes to our service.
