Active Air assisted with the install of a temporary concrete batching plant site which was required to be set up on Clifton Avenue Kemps Creek to assists with the large colume of concrete that will be required to construct the new M12 Motorway.
Active Air provided a 800kW Chiller plant to ensure the temperature of the water was maintained throughout the project. This is to ensure that the concrete is mixed and cured at the highest standard with no weak areas.
In October 2023, the first road pavement was laid with 216 cubic metres of concrete poured at the western end of the Central package. Similarly, 200 cubic metres of concrete was laid by the West package near The Northern Road. The project will place 76,000 cubic metres of concrete
pavement, followed by 39,000 cubic metres of continuously reinforced concrete pavement. This concrete will be produced using our on-site batch plants.
Active Air were privledged to be a part of such a large project asistsing with the development of a major site in Sydney.
