Nu Pure Beverages, a bustling water bottling and filling company, operates around the clock to quench the thirst of countless customers. One fateful day, disaster struck their only sparkling water bottling line. The chiller, a crucial component in their process plant, went down, halting production. In just 12 hours, the company faced a staggering loss of 330,000 bottles of sparkling water.
Desperate to get back on track, Nu Pure Beverages called in the experts from Active Air on Saturday, the 21st. The team arrived promptly, equipped with a new chiller, 50mm hoses, and a balance tank. They quickly adapted the 50mm fittings on the load side loop to fit their 50mm cam lock hoses. With precision and efficiency, they maneuvered the chiller and all associated gear into position inside the processing plant warehouse.
Once everything was hooked up, the team turned on the chiller and balance tank, setting the chiller to a cool 10°C. Although the return water flow wasn’t as optimal as desired, the system was up and running. The initial crisis was averted, but the team wasn’t satisfied yet.
Determined to ensure everything was perfect, Active Air returned on Sunday with an extra heat exchanger, pump, additional hoses, and bypass valves. By 2 PM, the new equipment was installed and commissioned. The system was now running smoothly, and Nu Pure Beverages was back in full production.
The swift and effective response from Active Air not only saved the day but also earned the gratitude of a very happy customer. Nu Pure Beverages could once again focus on delivering their sparkling water to the world, thanks to the dedication and expertise of the Active Air team.
