The highly exclusive AMG Challenge at Mount Panorama promised to be a new take on the iconic AMG Performance driving events.
It was tailored specifically for the challenges and demands of one of the greatest road circuits in the world, Mount Panorama. But this time heavy snow added to the challenge.
Participants were treated to two of the most exciting cars to come out of Affalterbch, the new AMG C 63 S and the flagship of AMG performance, the Mercedes-AMG GT S.
The full day track event taught participants the intricacies of the iconic track mentored by the highly experienced AMG driving instructors. They were also treated to a complete selection of the AMG range to experience and compare.
With such a high value event and exclusive clientele, only Active Air Rentals was trusted to provide the power and heating.
The Situation
The event location had a high roof and little insulation. Not exactly the warm, welcoming environment the organisers wanted to provide their very valuable clients.
The Solution
Working with the event manager our team specified 200kVA generators, power distribution and 21kW Electric Blower Heaters to provide a very welcome respite to the freezing conditions outside.
The install was also completely discrete so clients were warm but unaware of the industrial heaters working to keep them cosy.
